Return Policy

Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted before the product is shipped or manufactured. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order after the product has been shipped.

Refund (if applicable)

We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a refund within 30 days of receiving the product.
For a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when received. The product must be in its original packaging. When returning the product, a receipt or proof of purchase must be presented. Do not return the purchased product to the manufacturer.
The buyer will only be charged one shipping fee (which includes return shipping). Buyers do not have to pay a return shipping fee.

Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt. We will also inform you whether we have accepted or rejected your return. If we approve your return, we will process it and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or lost refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time for the refund to be officially sent. Then contact your bank. Refunds are often slow to be sent. If this has happened and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at support@buyonepay.com.
